At Southwest Women’s Law Center, we fight for policies that lift women and their families out of poverty, including pay equity, paid family and medical leave, and pregnant worker accommodation. We take a stand to end discrimination against women and girls in the workplace, school, and university. We work to shift the realities and injustices to create greater opportunities for women and girls in New Mexico.
